Wellington Supreme Riding Boots

Wear your usual riding clothes (jodhpurs and socks). Use a soft, flexible tape measure and wrap it snugly around the widest part of your calf — this should reflect how the boot should fit.
No tape? Use string, wrap it around your calf, then measure it with a ruler. Having a friend assist can improve accuracy.

Measure just below the kneecap — this is the narrowest point at the top of your leg where the top of the boot will sit.
Do not measure over the bow or side panel that extends above the knee.

Riding boots naturally drop over time, so it’s important to measure accurately. While standing, measure from the base of your heel to the crease behind your knee.
