Our products are sold “as-is” without any express or implied warranties. We recommend reviewing product descriptions carefully prior to purchasing.
Order and delivery
 Shipping timelines vary depending on your location and whether the item is in stock or a pre-order. Estimated delivery dates are listed on each product page.
Yes, once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
Payments & Billing
We accept all major credit cards and secure payment methods. By placing an order, you confirm you’re authorized to use the selected payment method.
Yes, all pricing on the website is in USD.
We’ll attempt to process your payment up to three times. Continued failure may result in order cancellation or suspension of service.
Returns & Exchanges
 We accept returns within 60 days of delivery if your item:
- Is in original saleable condition
- Is unworn, unwashed, and has no odors or stains
- Has original tags attached
In order to return your order, fill out our return form here.
 Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Items are your responsibility until they reach us.
Yes. The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom-made or special-order items
- Custom boots and riding jackets
- Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards
- Items purchased at third-party retailers or pop-ups
- Used, worn, or altered items
Gift cards (both physical and digital)
 We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item if eligible and place a new order for your desired product.

Subscriptions
Yes! Some products may be available on a subscription basis (e.g., monthly or seasonal deliveries).
You can cancel anytime in writing. Your subscription will remain active through the period you’ve already paid for and will then end. There are no cancellation fees.
We’ll make multiple attempts to process the payment. If we’re unable to complete the transaction, your subscription may be paused until resolved.
Refunds & Chargebacks
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method.
We encourage you to contact us first. Attempting a chargeback without communication may result in additional responsibilities for the full cost and associated fees.
