RETURN POLICY
We know that sometimes things are too big or too small, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you change your mind on your order or would like a different size, we will accept returns for up to 60 days after the order was delivered.
Your order must be in its original saleable condition, cannot have any stains or smells, and have the original tags attached to the product if they came with tags. Returns will not be accepted if the item is dirty, smelly, used or if it does not have the original tags attached. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping charges.
HOW DO I RETURN TO PRODUCT BACK TO YOU:
Unfortunately, we do not offer a free return service, the cost of returning your purchase must be covered by you. Your returned goods are your responsibility until we receive them. We highly encourage retaining proof of postage, tracking number or insurance when shipping the products back.
Please include the refund form inside your package, please print it clearly.

I PURCHASED AT A HORSE SHOW HOW DO I RETURN IT:
If you purchased your order or an item from one of our retailers, online that is not directly from our website, in a retail store, at any show or pop-up event, the return will need to go directly back to the retailer as your contract of sale is with them directly.
HOW WILL I BE REIMBURSED?
Your reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. If you received an item as a gift please reach out to us at hello@myhorsehub.com and we will offer you a store credit.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY MONEY BACK?
Once we receive your return you will receive an email confirmation that we have received your return. You should see your refund on your statement within 14 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank and credit card processing company. If you used a gift card we will email you a new e-gift card to the email address that the order was placed with.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Once we receive your return you will receive your refund back to the original form of payment. We do not offer an exchange program, you would need to place a new order.
CAN I RETURN A GIFT CARD OR E-GIFT CARD
Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-refundable.
