Notes:

Bit to Bit: Measured from the outer edge of one bit ring to the other, over the poll.

How to Customise Your Riding Jacket

Step 1: Choose your jacket size (e.g., IT40 / UK8).

Step 2: Select your preferred jacket colour (e.g., Navy).

Step 3: Choose your collar colour (e.g., Beige 62).

Step 4: Choose your collar piping colour (e.g., White 02).

Step 5: Indicate whether you'd like Swarovski crystal embellishments on the collar.

Step 6: Select your preferred front button style (e.g., B3).

Please Note: Each custom Animo jacket is individually handcrafted in Italy and may take up to 6 weeks to complete.

Due to the bespoke nature of these garments, custom jackets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

All ready-to-ship orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Friday. Custom orders are made based on your measurements and require additional production time before shipping. During sale periods, please allow an extra 1–2 days for your order to be processed.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if your item is unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and has all original tags attached. Custom items, including boots and riding jackets, are made to order and are final sale, not eligible for return. Customers must complete a return form before sending items back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
